The Øveraasen RS 200 is a dependable used runway sweeper designed for efficient and rapid snow removal across all airport traffic areas. It comes paired with a Schmidt AS750 high-performance airport sweeper and Schmidt MS48.1 snow plow. The unit includes a MERCEDES-BENZ 2031A 4x4 truck, manufactured in 1998, featuring a 230KW engine and ZF transmatic 16S 150 WSK transmission with torque converter. The sweeper installation includes a 1998 Schmidt AS750 powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM441 engine with 155KW output at 1900rpm, having logged 2,408 working hours. The Overaasen RS200 itself, manufactured in 2002, is driven by a Mercedes-Benz OM501LA engine with 2,006 working hours. It boasts a 3.40m working width brush, variable broom speed up to 700 rpm, and a radial blowing system with an air volume of 36,000 m³/hour and airspeed of 130 m/s, achieving a maximum work speed of 65 km/h and clearing capacity of 220,000 m²/hour.
