Subframe:
Subframe as robust welded steel construction, two longitudinal members with cross members accepting the 5 mm tipper profile and 4 mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. A 1,000 mm high fixed steel front wall. Corner stanchions fixed, with bottom locks. Rear and side walls (one piece over the entire length) made from aluminum hollow profiles, side walls can be folded down and are swinging with drop-side assistance. Rear gate also folding and swinging mounted, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal/cross members. Ram traverse and tipping bracket recessed and reinforced in the longitudinal members. Lashing eyes (4 per side) mounted externally along the tipper floor. Steel structure made from St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted, body components painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 single color.
