O.ME.P.S Silo Trailer ---- Type: CM 35 (Horizontal Silo)

Axles and Suspension:

Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle assemblies, 3 x 9t with air suspension, axle spacing is 2 x 1310 mm, raising and lowering valve, loading pressure gauge on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco tire pressure monitoring system, 1st axle liftable without tractor equipment, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Rims and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, manufacturer’s choice, on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, size 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120.

Brake System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO air brake system with RSS, according to standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2 x 20t support load, with pivoting foot.

Electrical System:
All lights in LED version, 24 volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the kingpin on the chassis carrier, yellow side marker lights in prescribed quantity, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights, lights according to standards 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber rear lights mounted at turntable height in aluminum brackets as per standards 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 rotating LED work lights mounted top left and right on the tank, yellow warning light at rear at hose pipe height, 2 x reversing lights in underrun protection, 2 x reversing lights at leg height (each separately switchable from the energy console).

Tank Design:
A horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-chamber tank, with a capacity of 35,000 liters, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery, kingpin 2" according to standard 94/20/CE

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel as per the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 Bar – operating pressure 2.0 Bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°

Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding dome lids. Each dome lid is pressure-tight, secured with 4 wing nuts, support for dome lids on top for storage, rain channel closed at front – open at rear.

Material Discharge:
2 product outlet cones with synthetic fabric inserts for fluidizing, individual discharge lines DN 100 made of steel and connected to the rear, 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the lines, DN 100 ball valve with ring nozzle, remote control for the ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.

Air Piping:
A 2.5" stainless-steel air manifold installed on the right-hand operation side. The air line is routed to the front up to the end of the silo with a check valve and DN 65 connection hose for compressor with Storz-B coupling. The air manifold is equipped with ball valves for top air, auxiliary air, and fluidization. Top air 2" rear right, PRESSURE LINE INLET REAR RIGHT, external air intake Storz C at the air line tube, pneumatic connection with blow-off gun and spiral hose on top of the walkway near the access ladder, 1 x vibrator on top of the tank, air line located centrally on the walkway for cleaning with gun, air line below in tool box for cleaning with gun.

Ladder and Access:
