Plenty of storage in the three wardrobes, overhead cabinets, both bench seats, and under the bunk/double bed.

All windows are fitted with insect screens and blackout blinds; additionally, edged externally for safety. Three roof hatches provide fresh air and natural light. The entrance door features an integrated insect screen, storage compartments, and waste bin. Pull-out partition separates the children’s and parents’ sleeping areas.

47-liter fresh water tank (fixed installation), mobile waste water tank on wheels, Truma hot water boiler.

Spacious kitchen with three-burner gas stove, ample worktop (ideal for coffee machine, soda maker), multiple drawers and cupboards, large 140-liter fridge/freezer (operable on 230V, 12V, and gas).

Lighting (all LED), electric heater, and underfloor heating controlled via LCD control panel (by the entrance) with fresh water level display. Ambient lighting over the seating area and double bed, dimmable ceiling and reading lights, night light at the children’s beds, illuminated wardrobes, various additional sockets (230V, 12V, USB), awning socket, additional fan to boost fridge cooling in high outside temperatures. Additional shelving in the overhead cabinets and children’s wardrobes; removable safety rail in front of the lower bunk (prevents falls at night). Lower bunk folds up for extra play or storage space below.

Double bed features an almost-new mattress; bunk beds have mattress toppers for added comfort. Seating area upholstery renewed. Seating area convertible to a bed. Bed dimensions: double bed 198 x 138/112 cm, bunk beds 188/184 x 70 cm, seating area 188 x 105/95 cm. Standing height: 195 cm.

Brake system fully renewed 07/2024 (brake cables, shoes, overrun damper, wheel bearings, gas pressure regulator + hose); invoice (€1,139) available.

Single-owner, non-smoking, pet-free vehicle. Stored under a carport when not in use, always protected from the weather, resulting in excellent visual and technical condition. No water damage.
