We are selling our TAZ280 rubble shredder from our own rental fleet! Year of manufacture: 2025 – only around 100 operating hours. Absolutely like new – just a few scratches. Spare crushing shafts for rubble and wood are also available on request.

The Franzoi TAZ280 rubble shredder is a high-performance dual-shaft shredder specifically developed for processing mixed construction debris. However, it can also efficiently process construction timber and dry waste. The two counter-rotating shafts deliver an impressive torque of approx. 210,000 Nm (Newton meters) to the material, resulting in efficient size reduction. This machine is often referred to as a pre-shredder, as it prepares material for further processing.

Key features and advantages include:

- Overband magnet with variable discharge direction: Allows for simple separation of metal parts within the shredded material.
- Hydraulically height-adjustable discharge conveyor: Can be adjusted to an unloading height of approximately 3.10 meters, allowing the shredded material to be discharged at about 30 cubic meters height.
- Hydraulic tilting hopper: The hopper has a loading volume of approx. 2.5 cubic meters and can be controlled via remote control.

- Quick-change system for shredding shafts: The shafts can be quickly and easily swapped out as required. They can also be welded and reused multiple times before finally needing replacement.
- Large control panel: Provides comprehensive machine information and various digital adjustment options, as well as a manual panel with push buttons for individual functions.
- GPS installation: The machine is equipped with GPS, enabling the manufacturer to monitor, manage and adjust all machine data remotely, significantly minimizing downtime.
- Hydraulically adjustable screening deck: The screen may be set in four stages to achieve the desired grain size; settings vary depending on material.
- Adjustable shaft speeds: Shaft speed can be set as needed—both fast, both slow, or one fast and one slow.
- Handcrafted gearbox: The gearbox is handcrafted at the factory and provides enormous torque of approx. 210,000 Nm.
- Powerful engine: Equipped with a Cummins B 6.7 Stage 5 engine with AdBlue, delivering approximately 280 HP at 2000 rpm. Diesel consumption generally ranges between 18 and 25 liters, depending on use.

Screen deck can be hydraulically adjusted for 4 different grain sizes (approximate values, depending on material):
1. 0–60 mm
2. 0–70 mm
3. 0–90 mm
4. 0–125 mm

Hydraulics:
Only high-quality components, mostly Linde.
