Gooseneck:

- Gooseneck designed as a loading deck, fitted with aluminum chequer plate
- Front tapered approx. 45°

Loading Bay:

Axles, Suspension and Tyres:
- BPW stub axles, with drum brakes and independent wheel suspension, hydraulic axle compensation with lift and lower function
- Axle lowering lock in case of suspension airbag failure, designed for max. pallet height 150 mm
- Tyres: 385/65 R 22.5
- TPMS tyre pressure sensors installed in all wheels including the spare
- TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system compliant with ECE R 141

Surface Treatment:
- Entire steel structure automatically shot-blasted after welding using a turbine blasting system
- Second blasting with corundum to optimise coating adhesion
- HRM metallisation of the complete vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final coat with two layers of 2K topcoat, single colour in Novagrau (DB 7350)
- Paint system tested in salt spray test to ISO 9227-NSS; cavity sealing with special wax
