Chassis
Cranked chassis frame – volume version (approx. -80 mm)
Made from high-quality ALU-MG silicon alloy, two fully automatically welded I-section longitudinal beams with welded cross members. Chassis width 1,600 mm!

Axles and Suspension
SAF axle assemblies 22.5", 3x9-ton axles with SAF air suspension, first axle lift with starting aid and electric control (switch already installed in the tractor unit), raise and lower valve for air suspension, Wabco Smartboard, brake wear indicator display in the tractor unit, wheelbase optimized for improved tracking.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5 with approx. 50-60% tread, mounted on steel rims, silver, ET 120, 11.75 x 22.5.

Kingpin
2” bolted into an 8 mm thick plate.

Landing Gear

Support legs with 2x 20 t support load; pivot feet are used for air suspension.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard, two-line Wabco system, spring accumulators acting on two axles, and Wabco EBS electronic brake system with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and Premium Modulator, ALU air tanks.

Electrical System
In accordance with STVZO regulations with 2x3 triple-chamber tail lights (Aspöck Europoint III type), 24-volt system with 2x3 LED taillights and side LED outline lights, 2 LED reversing lights at the rear, 2 LED working lights in the tipper body (switchable from outside), 4 red LEDs in the door frame. All air and electrical lines are routed neatly in plastic tubing!

Tipper Body / Dump Body
Internal dump body fully welded. Aluminium body, side walls 30 mm / 600 mm plank profiles, 3 mm inner/2 mm outer, floor 6 mm thick, reinforced and wear-resistant (5383H34-HB110) and 90-degree profile, front wall 4 mm thick, straight with interior access ladder, rear wall as universal door in straight design with 2 wing doors in 1/3-2/3 design with 1 grain chute. Universal door operated automatically-pneumatically, lockable with a separate lever, central locking with 4 locking hooks. Door suspension with double hinge; doors partially faced with smooth aluminium, rear cross beam swing-type aluminium, two hold-downs with rubber buffers at the front wall fixed to the tipper body/frame, round aluminium profile for additional sealing of wing doors, right door opens first.

Hydraulics
Large-sleeve hoist; hydraulic ram mounted on the front wall with working pressure 150 bar, make: Edbro; approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose with Edbro 1" quick-release coupling.

Accessories
