The trailer is generally in good condition and ready for use. A small welding repair is needed on the tailgate to ensure it closes 100% again. Otherwise, everything works perfectly.

Chassis Semi-Trailer / Tipper
The chassis is a fine-grain steel welded construction, lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2" kingpin; curved front end, 24 t two-speed landing gear, single-side operation, with straight lower part, without thrust equalization. Folding underrun protection, half-shell mudguards, tarpaulin bar with holder, towing hook at the rear.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430mm disc diameter. First axle as automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid.

Braking System

2-line pneumatic brake system for easy service. Spring-actuated parking brake. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting lines. EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at the front (no connection cable), vehicle stability control system. Automatic tipper lowering with shut-off valve.

Electrics
24 Volt, multi-chamber lights, amber LED side marker lights, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red lane guiding lights at the rear. 2x 7-pin and 1x 15-pin non-interchangeable sockets at the front, without connection cable. Additional LED work light at the rear, operated via reverse light.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, nominal width 48 mm (without hose connection). Hydraulic operation via truck PTO. Hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector NW = 48mm knurled nut.

Body
Steel round body in "tub shape" made of highly wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel. Inclined front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mount. Interior access at the front wall. Greenline-conical and aerodynamic skip design. Shovel and broom holder outside the front wall. "Membrane" rear wall. Rear wall pendulum-mounted and divided with two-wing doors, 1/2 to 1/2, without swing frame, with one grain chute per door. Rear wall with rubber seal. Continuous 4mm thick side walls, floor 4/5mm thick. Standing platform with ladder. Without lining. ISO skip roll tarpaulin stowed to FR-right, with central locking on FR-left.
