The NÜKTE – CETRATEK 4-axle lowbed semi-trailer stands for maximum stability, high payload, and uncompromising everyday reliability in professional heavy-duty transport.

Featuring a massive 4 x 10 tonne axle layout on robust TRAX axles, durable air suspension, and a high-strength I-beam chassis made of S355J2+N quality steel, this lowloader is the ideal solution for transporting construction equipment, agricultural machinery, wheel loaders, excavators, and heavy equipment.

Even the standard configuration impresses with thoughtful, field-oriented features: The first TRAX axle is a lift axle, significantly reducing tire wear and improving maneuverability when running unladen. The fourth TRAX axle is steerable, allowing precise maneuvering even on tight construction sites and operating yards.

A particular highlight is the hydraulically operated, laterally adjustable one-piece loading ramps, enabling fast, safe, and convenient loading and unloading. Each ramp is rated for a 20-tonne load, making it perfect for heavy machinery and vehicles.

Maximum loading stability is provided by the standard hydraulic rear supports, including mechanical drop legs.

Convenient operation is provided either via a hydraulic remote control or directly at the vehicle, allowing all ramp and support functions to be controlled safely and efficiently.

The trailer also sets standards in terms of quality: the entire frame is shot-blasted, primed, and finished with a high-quality, double-layer 2K paint system. We offer a 5-year warranty on the paintwork.

The loading platform is fitted with 55 mm Dabema hardwood, with additionally reinforced chequer plate in the high-stress areas for extra protection.

A high-quality Aspöck ADR-certified electrical system ensures maximum operational safety and meets the highest standards for professional road use.

With a loading area length of 9,000 mm, width of 2,550 mm plus 250 + 250 mm side extensions, total length of 13,550 mm, platform height of 980 mm, and a permissible gross weight of 64,000 kg, this lowbed is optimally designed for daily heavy-duty applications.

The fifth wheel load is 24,000 kg, total axle load is 40,000 kg (4 × 10 t).
