Uplifter UPG-600-2 Vacuum Lifter, Glass Lifter, up to 600 kg

The UPG 600-2 glass lifter is the specialist for lifting and moving glass elements up to 600 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the UPG 600-2 can be optimally adapted to the requirements on the construction site. Its extension arms allow for the handling of even large-format elements. The support arms can, of course, be removed. The attached suction cups (diameter 300 mm) ensure good adhesion and application performance on the construction site. When suctioning, it is important that the surface is always smooth, flat and airtight. The UPG 600-2 performs the suction process automatically at the touch of a button. After suction, the suction unit UPG 600-2 also monitors the vacuum pressure independently and continuously. In the event of vacuum loss, the UPG 600-2 pumps additional air and also warns with an acoustic warning signal of an impending loss of vacuum pressure. With its independent power supply, the UPG 600-2 is the ideal assembly partner. The replaceable 12 V battery can be recharged, and the charge level can be easily read on the LED display. Furthermore, the regulated vacuum pump ensures constant operational readiness for up to 8 hours. The vacuum lifter can be individually adapted to the respective assembly situation. The suction unit can be manually rotated by 360 degrees and tilted by 90 degrees. When rotating, the lifter can be locked every 40°.
