GOOSENECK:
Gooseneck in SNT design to optimize the loading area length, length approx. 3,700 mm, with a rear slope of approx. 1,000 mm x 6°. For SZM: 4 x 2 and 6 x 2. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX. The gooseneck and the rear slope feature a grid deck with a 5 mm sheet metal reinforcement. 2-inch King Pin. Guide plate on the gooseneck for the fifth-wheel plate, approx. 500 mm wide. Round NATO socket on the connection strip at the front (Maeler & Kaege VG 96 917). On the gooseneck, 1 pair of pluggable aluminum sideboards, approx. 400 mm high, in an anodized design. 1 LED work light each on the left and right at the top of the front wall, with operation via on/off switch (operating the work lights from the SZM is not possible in this case).

LOADING AREA:
Loading area, length approx. 9,600 mm, with a slope at the rear of approx. 900 mm x 6°. Loading area behind the gooseneck can be hydraulically raised and lowered, length approx. 3,000 mm, loadable up to approx. 9,000 kg. The loading platform and loading area feature a continuous grid deck with an approx. 5 mm sheet metal backing as additional reinforcement, designed for point loads.

TIRES:
235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF, twin tires. Manufacturer of our choice. TPMS tire pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.

AXLES:
BPW axles and suspension, 1st and 2nd axles rigid, 3rd axle with trailing steering. 3rd axle with electro-magnetic reverse lock, activated via reverse gear and manually. 1st axle with starting aid. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Air suspension with lifting and lowering valve.

HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS:

1 pair of two-part AXS steel ramps with a grid deck and a length of approx. 4,920 mm and a width of approx. 900 mm. Hydraulically folding ramp tips. Ramps can be individually hydraulically moved outwards by approx. 235 mm and inwards by approx. 365 mm. Flashing lights on the outer sides of the ramp tips, with a switch next to the ramp controls. Ramp securing in driving position by means of a quick-release fastener. A painted sand coating on the outer frame of the ramp and on the ramp tip. Mechanical supports in a pipe design on the sides of the ramps to provide support when docking with loading ramps. Control valves for the hydraulic ramps on the right side of the vehicle.

BRAKE SYSTEM:
Brake system of the brand WABCO EBS-E according to EU regulations.

SURFACE TREATMENT:
HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection.

PAINTING:
Semi-trailer carmine red (RAL 3002). Rims silver gray. Sideboards aluminum natural. Wheel hubs according to axle manufacturer. Lamp cover pure white (RAL 9010).

EQUIPMENT:
Steel front wall, pluggable, approx. 1,600 mm high, incl. connection strip for supply lines to the SZM, approx. 1,000 mm from the lower edge of the outer frame profile. Attachment possibility for lashing chains on the front wall inside left and right, incl. aluminum trough underneath on the left and right for storing chains or lashing straps. Behind the front wall, an approx. 12 mm thick DELIGNIT covering is screwed on. 2 pairs of screwable lashing rings additionally (LC 5,000 daN). Electric winch, approx. 5,400 kg pulling force, with remote control. Wire rope approx. 24 m long, rope diameter approx.
