Chassis: Welded construction made of high-quality steel profiles with continuous profile crossmembers. Designed for high point loads.

Fifth wheel coupling: Fifth wheel plate with 2-inch King Pin.

Rear underrun protection: Compliant with EC, bolted design.

Side underrun protection: Compliant with EC.

Kingpin supports: 2 x 12 t kingpin supports with leveling foot and single-sided operation on the right side in the direction of travel.

Axles: 2x10 t air suspension axle unit, manufactured by BPW, with disc brake approx. 430x45 mm, wheel connection center-mounted ET120, ABS, total travel of the air suspension approx. 180 mm, of which approx. 110 mm lifting and approx. 70 mm lowering. Air suspension control via hand regulator with stop function.

Steering: 2nd axle mechanically forced steering.

Braking system: Dual-circuit compressed air braking system compliant with EC with EBS and RSS, automatic load-dependent control, spring brake cylinders as parking brake, interlock-protected coupling heads firmly mounted on the front crossmember, without connecting line to the towing vehicle. Manufactured by Wabco.

Tires: 4 tires, 385/65 R22.5 164 K on rim 11.75 X 22,5 ET 120.

Fenders: Compliant with EC, 1/4 PVC fender in front of and behind the axle unit.

E-rack holder: 1 double basket with mounting material for one E-rack with ET120.

Load securing: - 8 pairs of folding lashing rings, evenly distributed (tensile force approx. 8.0 t). - 7 pairs of folding lashing rings, evenly distributed (tensile force approx. 2.5 t). - A hole for lashing straps every approx. 500 mm in the outer frame.

Stake pockets: - 8 pairs of stake pockets in the outer frame, evenly distributed. - 4 rows of stake pockets transverse to the loading area.

Stakes: - 20 stakes made of galvanized tube approx. 80/50 mm, total length approx. 1,000 mm. - Magazine for 20 stakes inside the front wall.

Front wall: Bolted corner posts filled with aluminum hollow profiles, lined on the inside with approx. 9 mm screen printing board (approx. 1,250 mm high).

Floor: Approx. 28 mm Z-hardwood floor recessed in the outer frame.

Lighting system: Compliant with EC, 24 volts with multi-chamber lights, LED side marker lights, LED position lights white at the front, LED outline lights at the rear, license plate lights. 1x15- and 2x7-pin connector on the front crossmember.

Painting: Chassis blasted, cleaned, and hot-dip galvanized with high quality according to the latest technology. Superstructure parts cleaned, primed, and hot-dip galvanized.
