Dear Sir or Madam,

We currently have a container facility for sale that has been used for residential purposes since October 2023. The facility comprises various container types, such as WC containers, shower containers, residential containers (single & double), recreation and kitchen containers (double), as well as storage and technical containers.

The facility is available as a whole, in parts, or as individual containers. The individual containers feature various equipment and fittings, which may be purchased as needed.

The containers are available for viewing at any time.

Furthermore, we can, subject to surcharge and prior agreement, deliver and/or assemble the containers onsite. For larger projects, as an owner-managed and engineer-led general contractor for turnkey facilities, we can also assist with planning, building permit applications, execution, and assembly.

Individual Sale Prices:

Residential & Family Containers:

- 77 × Residential Containers – €6,500 each (net)
- 24 × Family Containers (each unit consisting of 2 containers) – €12,500 per unit (net)
- 3 × Residential Containers without kitchen – €6,400 each (net)
- 1 × Caretaker Container (2 containers incl. shower & WC) – €13,900 (net)

Communal & Functional Containers:

- 8 × Communal Containers (each unit consisting of 2 containers, with fitted kitchen, without partition wall) – €12,000 per unit (net)
- 31 × Corridor Containers – Various lengths and configurations – €3,700–4,100 each (net)
- 5 × Utility Room Containers (equipped with washing machines and dryers) – €6,100 each (net)

Sanitary Containers:

- 7 × Men’s WC Containers (equipped with 4 toilets, 4 urinals, 2 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
- 7 × Women’s WC Containers (equipped with 5 toilets, 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
- 10 × Shower Containers (equipped with 6 shower cabins, 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
