For sale is our newly refurbished trailer. Significant time and money have been invested in it; we initially did not intend to sell it, which is why high-quality materials and intensive workmanship went into the build.

1. Floor – 21mm phenolic plywood (250m x 1.25m), 3 panels used – loading area of 1.86m x 3.20m. All seams and joints have been sealed. The joints have also been covered with aluminum foil tape, ensuring zero moisture ingress.

2. Side walls – 15mm phenolic plywood (2.5m x 1.25m), 2 panels, inserted and screwed into U-profiles and fully sealed.

3. Electrics – LED taillights with sequential indicators (cost over €90), dual rear fog lights, dual reversing lights. All side marker lights, front position lights, and license plate lighting are new and LED. Brand new 13-pin wiring harness; all connections made using heat-shrink solder sleeves; 4 junction boxes mounted under the chassis, fastened with special stainless steel screws.

4. Chassis – hot-dip galvanized, finished with black Hammerite coating.

5. New drawbar eye.

6. Rear hinges: 40cm, new. Two new rear angle lever locks. All bolts are new; all washers are sealed.

7. New mudguards (€90).

8. Floor covering (€170), also grouted.

9. Tires in nearly new condition with excellent tread depth.

The trailer was only taken outside for photos and has otherwise been kept dry; it has never seen rain, snow, or sun.

Fresh TÜV inspection – valid until 02/28

Trailer is deregistered.

Private sale – sold as seen, with all liability for material defects excluded.
