The basis for this versatile self-storage container is a so-called 4-side-door 40' high cube storage container, which, in addition to the container door portal on the end face, has another 4 container door portals on the long side.

Modified into a multifunctional self-storage unit, the container offers the following features:

- 4 separate storage compartments, each with a large, two-leaf container door portal including an easy-open door system and a lockbox.

- The first storage compartment can be accessed through a total of 2 container door portals.
- The partition walls are made of extremely stable, double-layered marine plywood with a total thickness of almost 60 mm.
- The wood structure of the partition walls allows for easy installation of shelves, cabinets, tool walls, or other fixtures.
- Each individual storage compartment has an independent lighting system, which is powered via a single connection (32A CEE) of the container but can be controlled independently.
- Each compartment contains an LED light bar as well as a screen-printed panel with a light switch, 230V socket, electricity meter, RCD circuit breaker, and individual circuit breakers.
