The Z529 bale wrapper is a machine that is suspended from the front or rear three-point linkage of the tractor. It is loaded from below by means of special arms equipped with rotating rollers. The wrapping process is automatic thanks to the arm rotating around the bale with an attached film feeder, which coats the bale rotating on the rollers with film. Once the wrapping process is complete, the film is caught and cut by a hydraulically controlled cutter. After confirmation with a push button, the wrapped bale is unloaded to the ground by opening the arms with rollers. The machine can wrap bales with a diameter of 1200-1500 mm. The maximum weight of the wrapped bale must not exceed 1000 kg. It takes about two minutes to wrap a bale with a diameter of 1200 mm. The compact dimensions of the machines allow for easy movement in the field or on the farm. Due to the relatively low weight of the bale wrapper (780 kg), it can be transported and operated with a tractor with a power of only 60 kW. The standard equipment includes a 750 mm film feeder, a hydraulically driven film cutter and the control panel. As an option, the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic bale placer, which allows the wrapped bale to be placed on its base.
