Steel welded construction with close transverse beam spacing and reinforced design, low-bed outer frame profile for transporting construction machinery up to 32,000 kg and with a maximum outer width of the construction machinery of 2,550 mm, kingpin plate with two replaceable kingpins. Rear slope of approximately 1,200 mm and 7°. Top-closed ramp with steel/diamond plate.
Omega rail on the lower side of the outer frame as a mounting strip for tarpaulins and spacers for the lashing points, not in the wheel area. For a lifting platform, an additional, lightweight outer frame with an omega profile.
24-ton, two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular lower part and straight connecting plate, with stroke compensation, free swivel radius to the rear approx. 1,950 mm.
Foldable rear support.
2 chocks with holder.

Quarter fender in front of and behind each axle.

4 stainless steel storage boxes, w=800/h=350/d=350 mm, with polished door, lockable, 2 x on the left and 2 x on the right in front of the 1st axle.
Lifting platform after the gooseneck, approximately 3,000 mm long, hydraulically liftable for crossing over the gooseneck, with mechanical locking in the raised position. (Cylinder angled for good ground clearance, Fliegl standard). Operation on the right + additional operation with a remote control (same as ramp operation). Lifting platform can be raised with the tarpaulin closed!
Tarpaulin mounting in the lifting platform area on an additional, lightweight outer frame with an omega profile, lifting platform can be raised with the tarpaulin closed! Lashing points can also be used in the lowered position!

Gooseneck:
4 pairs of 5-ton lashing points embedded in the outer frame.
2 pairs of lashing points embedded in the top and side of the outer frame.
Low-bed:
8 pairs of lashing points embedded in the top and side of the outer frame, each 10 tons.
9 pairs of 5-ton lashing points embedded in the outer frame.
Axles + Suspension
SAF drum brake axles.
Last axle with trailing arm steering, with automatic reversing lock via reversing light, and additional locking function on the vehicle via a hand button.
Air suspension with raising and lowering valve + auto-reset function.
H & S function with rapid venting.
1st axle automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid, activated by pressing the brake pedal 3 times (starting aid is functional up to an axle load exceeding 30% and up to a speed of max. 25 km/h).
Axle lift below the recommended driving height, therefore no guarantee for tire damage.
