The V-shaped galvanized trailer hitch can withstand heavy dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, which increases its reliability and allows you to protect the bundle of electrical equipment from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, which contributes to easy handling and lightweight construction.


The trailer floor is made of multi-layer laminated plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.


The sides are made of galvanized sheet steel with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcing ribs improve the resistance of the side panels to dynamic and impact loads. The rear wall can be opened. Reinforced side hooks from the manufacturer KNOTT are installed on the side walls.


There are integrated load fastening loops (4 pieces) on the side walls of the trailer.


The torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride with different trailer loads. Built-in torsion axles are from the KNOTT brand.


The axle is designed for a load of 1350 kg; the hubs are equipped with protective covers and the bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout their service life.


The electrical installation consists of overmolded automotive cable with overmolded plugs and bayonet connections. A 7-pin plug is installed.
The entire electrical installation on the trailer is from the Aspöck brand.


Corrosion protection by galvanizing is much more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces and internal cavities of the structure, thus considerably extending the service life of the trailer.
